Pre-paid service discounts
In order to properly maintain their systems, many clients are interested in purchasing maintenance agreements or pre-paid service discounts. Here is how pre-paid service discountswork:
What? Purchase a block of service time and receive a discount off our service rates. When you pre-pay for service time we set up an account for you and deduct time from it as you use our service. When you subscribe you will given a receipt detailing the number of hours purchased.
Here are the available discount levels:
5% discount: when you buy at least 5 hours of time
10% discount: when you buy at least 10 hours of time
15% discount: when you buy at least 15 hours of time
- A minimum of five-hour blocks of time must be purchased. There is no maximum. Pre-paid time can be used at any time and does not expire.
- Pre-Paid time does not apply to any parts, products, expenses or travel time; only for service time.
Why? If you are not sure about committing to a maintenance agreement, but recognize the value of keep your systems maintained, a pre-paid service account is a way to still keep on top of you IT needs and save money.
